Marriage is a thoroughly personal decision and a wedding is a highly personal experience. Fortunately, the lucky love birds get to share their personal moment with family and friends. I love to see a happy couple together, and the wedding day should be all about them.

My goal is to make sure that your wedding is a perfect embodiment of your wishes and that you will remember it fondly. Everything from time, location, and length to the participants, readings, and tone is up to you. You can write your own script, we can work it out together, or I can prepare the script for your approval. You can have a straight-forward, get it done and onto the reception wedding, or you can include singers, readings (poems, stories, or religious), testimony, or something completely different.

Although I was raised Catholic I now have a more spiritual world view and no longer attend regular church services, I do understand the role of religion in most life-changing events . Religion is important to many people, so many couples like to include religious readings and prayers into their ceremonies for themselves or for their family and friends. I can incorporate as much or as little religion into your ceremony as you like. I also enjoy creating wonderful ceremonies for couples who do not want scripture as part of their celebration, or just want to have a fun ceremony with a period (rennaisance, Western, modern, poetic) theme or maybe just a quick & fun ceremony. On occasion I have been blessed to officiate interfaith ceremonies such as Native American / Christian, and Jewish / Christian weddings where we represented both faiths in a balanced way, so that all relatives felt represented and respected.
