Rev. Patrick Scully
Rev. Patrick Scully
If a wedding is anything, it is theater.
A show.
When I officiate a wedding, you have
the leading roles,
and as the minister, I act as the master of ceremonies.
I make sure that everything runs smoothly,
and that we have a wonderful event.
I have a rich background in the performing arts.
I first performed at the Walker Art Center in 1972,
and I began Patrick's Cabaret in 1986,
where I have been the master of ceremonies for somewhere between 500 and a thousand shows.
All this experience helps me to stay calm, even if you get nervous. I play the gracious host.
My work on stage has taken me from Brazil to Berlin,
Athens to Zumbrota.
If I am lucky, I will get to add your wedding to the list.
For your wedding, just like for a show at Patrick's Cabaret, I bring my personality to the event, but it is your show, I create and hold the space for you. I guide you and the other participants, and I make sure the setting supports what you want.
We know it has been a good wedding if everyone laughs,
and everyone cries, at least once.
Like the rest of the ministers Rev. Maverick associates with,
I work with you to design what you want for your wedding.
It is all about you, your love, and sharing it with your community of family and friends.
Please contact us to discuss specifics to your wedding or use our online reservation system which has our up to date schedules:
