Everything you need: we got it!
Everything you want: you got it!
Typically, putting together a reception takes a lot of work because you need to bring together a lot of vendors, who need to coordinate all their activities in an often unfamiliar space, on the same schedule, with no rehearsal. In most other places it is up to you to determine what you need, and to find a way to get it to the reception site, at the right time, to coordinate setup... and also to take it all back at the end of the party.
This puts the burden of getting organized and keeping them in sync on you. Further, anything that does not get done is your problem, because each vendor did what they (thought) they were supposed to do, and now they are away from "home" and that is all they can do.
Rosehenge Hall is different in that everything is provided. Well, everything except the personal touches that almost every bride wants to have a hand in: favors, invitations, name cards...
Space Rental, Tables & Chairs Setup & Linens, Sashes, Favors, Bling, and even Tear Down - you just tell us how you want the room set up, and it will be done... compare that with places where you and your friends need to show up before, and sometimes after to move chairs and tables from and to storage. Be a lady, be yourself, and enjoy your Big day.
Take a look around - all this is just waiting for you to say, I do! ;)
60" Round Reception Tables - for a classy reception, way nicer than the typical rectangular
Mahogany Chiavari Chairs with Cushion - most other places provide conference (business) chairs, which almost all brides immediately decide to "hide" with chair covers... Chair covers cost $3-4 each to rent. Chiavari chairs cost $8 to rent elsewhere, here you get them in the price, not to mention transport from and back, and the labor to setup. Bringing these chairs in would cost you $1000 to $1500 alone. At Rosehenge Hall all this is already included in your package: save money, save time, and it's way nicer that the usual wedding setup.
Did we mention color matching sashes & cloth napkins? Here they are too, neatly set up, waiting for your big smile.
Elsewhere, the head table is set in front of a boring wall at best... Again, most brides bring in draping to cover these walls at a cost of $300 - $400. With our feature wall, there is no need for backdrop draping. Not only that, but this feature wall, besides being nice and giving you an outstanding backdrop for photos, comes to light when the dancing starts... Just the chairs and back wall alone give you $2,000 value that would you have to pay for elsewhere.
China plates, glassware, water pitcher, silverware - all these are extra at many locations, and you end up using disposable plates, which are fine, but far from being this classy. Moreover, the buffet will be beautifully setup to complement the look and feel you are creating.
Centerpieces: mirror, water bowl, candles, bling
DJ - music for the night, announcements, wireless mic - a 6 hours party
Full Room Uplighting ~60 intelligent dance lights
Ceiling Draping - 22 foot high ceilings with exposed beams and 7 large chandeliers put this room well above most banquet spaces in the Twin Cities... however, the ceiling draping with embeded lights adds a whole new level of celebratory feeling. Ask around and you will find out that a 3500 sqft room costs about $800 -to $1000 to drape.
Light show for dance music - fog, lasers, moving heads, strobes, moonflowers, mirror balls, pinspots...
Cake service - cutting & plating, napkin & fork - again, elsewhere this often is an extra charge, sometimes $1 to 1.5 per person. Rest easy, it will be taken care of.
Included in every package
Cash Bar Setup, no minimum purchase
Coffee - regular and decaf for all guests
Pop: Coke, Diet, Sprite, Ice Tea, Ginge Ale, Tonic
Sure, you could spend the next 9 months interviewing 30-40 vendors, signing 10-12 contracts, and coordinating all these people, and possibly save a few hundred dollars, if that... but would it look like this? And would have any energy left to enjoy the party? And, at the end of the night...

Let's work on this... typically 10- 20% of your package works well, and then we can split the balance by the number of months until your wedding. The package needs to be paid in full one month before the wedding. A final count for guests is needed about 10 days before the wedding and should be within 10% of the contracted number.
